sensational journalism?

Today as we drove to work we caught a glimpse of the headline on the East African Standard headline “100 most influencial Kenyans.” So we scramble to tafuta the cash to buy the paper which we bought after making the vendor run after our car. on the front page were different faces including that of a Kenyan musician prezzo. We thought maybe the inside was any better but the story was so short and not worth our 35sh. They promise to continue tomorrow but we felt duped…The EA Standard has a habit of doing that…

my question is are they looking at the short term nature of thier strategy, which is reoding the brands credibility? Unless you the British newspaper the Sun, i dont think you can get away with it. I think there in a real danger of being eclipsed by the Nairobi star a more well thought out paper.

Never dupe your consumer, for he is not a moron…it will come back to bite you
