The Postal Corporation of Kenya has a new campaign spearheaded by a new corporate ad featuring the pigeon from 10 years ago. In this time and age of email and IT awareness they are out to convince Kenyans that they should write letters. Interesting thought which is bound to fail. More and more things are moving online as so should posta, who are in the right direction with Postapay. So what would be the way forward for Posta? A good way to go would be to look at DHL’s parent company and Royal Mail from the UK and see what lessons they can learn to transform the organization.
